Ingredients
Carrot- 4- 4
Ghee- 1- 3 TBS
Milkmaid (Optional) - 1- 4 TBS
Jaggery (Powder) - 1- 3Tbs
Cashews, Almonds, Raisins(Crushed) - 6- 6 nos each
Instructions
A :- Take a shallow pan, add Ghee (Preferably homemade Ghee), Saute Grated Carrots with medium heat and stir it continuously.
B :- Once the carrot becomes soft add Jaggery and milkmaid by stirring it for two minutes.
C :- Turn off the stove, add crushed almonds, cashews and Raisins
D :- After 5 minutes, add a teaspoon of with ghee and make medium round shape laddoo
