
Ingredients
Ragi Aata- 1- cup
Ghee- 2- tbspn
Desiccated Coconut- 1/4- cup
Jaggery- 1- cup
Water- 1/4- cup
Walnut- 1/4- cup
Peanut- 1/4- cup
White sesame seeds- 1/4- cup
Cardamom powder- 1- tspn
Sliced Pistachio- 1- tbspn
Flax seeds – 1/4- cup
Instructions
👉 In a kadhai or nonstick stick put 2 tablespoons ghee Add Ragi Aata and Roast till ragi changes little color (approx 5 min). switch the Gas off and remove the Roasted Aata in a separate bowl
👉 In another pan Dry Roast the dry fruits individually. Dry roast the peanuts and peel the skin. Dry Roast the Walnuts Dry Roast the sesame seeds Dry roast the Flax seeds
👉 After dry Roasting in a mixer make a powder of each of the dry fruits.

👉 Mix all the dryfruits powders with the Ragi flour

👉 Add the desiccated coconut to the mix Add the cardamom powder Mix it all well. Keep it aside

👉 Now in a pan take Crushed Jaggery 1 cup and Add 1/4th cup water Once it starts boiling and the Jaggery melts Check for one string consistency. Once you achieve one string consistency if the jaggery syrup switch off the Gas.
👉 Let the Jaggery syrup cool only a little not completely.

👉 Add the jaggery syrup the the prepared mixture. Mix it well with a spoon
👉 Add the chopped pistachios and mix it well.
👉 Don’t wait for the mixture to cool completely as it will become difficult to make them into small balls. Prepare the ladoos when the mixture is slightly warm.
