Recipes.
Foxtail Millet + Little Millet +Urid Dose.
Sweet Potato Palya.
Groundnuts Chutney Pudi.
Liquid Jaggery/Joni Bella.

Steps

I had to mix foxtail millet and little millet since they were left in very little quantity.
I did not buy millets recently and unless I finish the old stock I will not buy the grains. So this above millets some how used and made today’s Dose.

Used :-

1 1/2 Cups Foxtail millet./ Navane.
2 Cups Little millet./ Saame
1 Cup Urid whole.
1/2 Cup Avalakki thin./ Logs thin variety.
1tsp.Methi seeds./Febugrik Seeds.
Soak seperately for 4 to 5 hours and grind it together. Take it out to a big bowl. Mix well and allow it to ferment.

Suggestions

I used grinder.
Add salt in the morning.
Mix well and prepare dose.
Serve with your choice of side dish.
